Excellent service for over 15 years

I’ve been with PayPal since the early EBay days, it has always been my payment method of choice when shopping across any other retailers, it gives me that extra security. Then came along PayPal credit and pay in 3. Gamechanger! Customer service has always been on point too. In all my 15+ years of using PayPal, I’ve never had an issue with them! Excellent service

I have previously had to enlist PayPal in helping to resolve issues with sellers and on those occasions they dealt with everything until a positive outcome was achieved. I would have no hesitation in recommending PayPal when paying for purchases. I found them to be efficient and easy to deal with and they kept me informed on progress. I can’t see any drawbacks to paying through PayPal and it’s a free service so why wouldn’t you use the facility when it gives you greater protection. Reviewed on: 6th July 2026
