friendly, professional and extremely helpful

I experienced a few occasions where my payments were returned because I had forgotten to transfer funds into the correct account. Each time, I needed to contact customer service to resolve the issue. The support team was easy to reach, there were no unnecessary delays or difficulties getting in touch, and they were consistently friendly, professional and extremely helpful throughout the process.
