I mostly have good response

I always receive rapid response from paypal when I have an issue.Except on one occasion ,my complaint was not upheld an s I did not respond!!!!! I messaged stating that as seller offered a partial refund I cancelled complaint. Paypal stated that I had not replied!!!I had.
