Customer service agents are keen but let down by the company systems. Very high interest APR. iPhone app has glitches and app software not well written. Adverts for PayPal credit card keep popping up when requested not to. Asked for credit account to be closed and confirmed on the ‘phone but has still not been actioned. Reviewed on: 7th April 2026

Useful and flexible credit option

I’ve had a positive experience using PayPal Credit. It’s a convenient way to manage larger purchases and spread the cost over time. Chargeback denied

I requested a chargeback for goods not received. PayPal gave me a refund then took funds back again. Goods still not received. I was forced to claim from my credit card. Reviewed on: 7th April 2026

Used paypal for years. Wouldnt be able to of done many as things without it, holidays, investments, and diy and gave me credit when it was bad due to reasons nit my fault. Reviewed on: 7th April 2026
