Customer support was unable to help me with damaged

Customer support was unable to help me with damaged goods as it was after the 28days delivery. Prior to this i tried to deal with the seller direct. Consumer Credit act 1974 makes paypal liable for my purchase, but PayPal rules seems to be different. PayPal is easy to use and the help line is helpful if needs be. Never had any problems and it lets you know when you need to pay it back, or when your minimum payment is due with enough time to make sure you pay it on time. Reviewed on: 30th May 2026
