I’m really unhappy with how PayPal Credit operates.

I’m really unhappy with how PayPal Credit operates. Customers should be able to choose which purchases their payments go toward, especially when different transactions have different interest rates. Instead, PayPal decides how payments are allocated, which can leave higher-interest balances building up unnecessarily. What’s even more concerning is that when a customer opens a dispute, it may be reflected on their credit file. This creates fear around using buyer protection, as people may worry it could affect their credit score. Customers should not feel penalised for raising genuine disputes. It raises the question — are people being discouraged from using PayPal Credit due to fear of credit impact? Overall, there needs to be more transparency, fairness, and control for customers.
