Paypal Credit has been very useful for me.

Paypal Credit has been very useful for me. It's enabled me to pay for more expensive things (>£100) on interest free credit for 4 months. So it's good for cashflow. Paypal's customer service was very poor when I queried Paypal + points that were not being attributed to eligible transactions, and they eventually shut down my query without responding properly. So I've found Paypal financially v helpful, but v poor on customer service. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

I’ve been using PayPal for years and it remains one of the most reliable payment platforms available. Sending and receiving money is straightforward, and the app is clean and easy to navigate.
