It's not a bad service, but unfortunately there have been multiple occasions where I had available PayPal Credit and still couldn't use it at certain retailers, even though they accepted PayPal payments. I contacted customer service several times, but they were unable to explain why PayPal Credit wasn't available for those purchases. The explanations I received were vague, inconsistent, and didn't make sense. It was very frustrating and left me without a clear answer. Overall, the service is fine when it works, but the lack of transparency and unhelpful customer support is disappointing. Reviewed on: 12th July 2026
