I had credit with yourself but because I made one mistake it was taken from you, even after me correcting mistake straight away. I asked for it to be reinstated and was told no, not sure why as my mistake was corrected immediately. I thought I had been scammed and cancelled a payment, which anyone would do, but not good enough reason for you. Reviewed on: 1st July 2026
