I had an issue where I had bought something online, it wasn't as stated and I tried to claim money back and even provided the websites terms and conditions which they were breaching but paypal sided with them and I lost money. Reviewed on: 14th April 2026

I always use Paypal for paying for things i need, i recently paid with Paypal for a ps5 game for my son's birthday which didn't turn up. Had to wait about 10 days incase it had been delayed with the post but money was refunded.. thanks Paypal. Reviewed on: 14th April 2026
