Lost £200 due to PayPal

If you have an unresolved dispute with a service provider, don't expect much help from PayPal customer service. They only have access to six months of payment history. I lost £200 for goods that were never supplied, and PayPal refused to refund me because they couldn't access the older transaction records Reviewed on: 17th June 2026
