PayPal Credit is a convenient, flexible option

PayPal Credit is a convenient, flexible financing option — but only if you’re disciplined about paying off balances on time. Used carefully, the 0% offers can be genuinely helpful. Used casually, the high interest rate can outweigh the benefits. If you’re organised with your finances and already live inside the PayPal ecosystem, it’s a solid tool. Paypal has gone downhill for consumer protection

Pàypal used to be the safest way to purchase online goods, but it now is being used by online scammer companies and after i got hit hy a scammer cmpany that were advertising on youtube, i tried to get my money back with pages of evidence. Even youtube/ google agreed with me after i reported the scam advert and removed the company, but paypal still sided with them against me. Beware, they are trading on a long since diminished reputation. Reviewed on: 17th June 2026

Poor communication but nice for security

Regularly dont get notifications for things like initiating returns and customer service is hard to get a hold of. Do offer an extra layer of security and is convenient for sites I dont trust fully Reviewed on: 17th June 2026
