Paypal is my primary payment merchant I use most of the time from pay in three and paypal credit , I find these options very useful and convenient . Also there are optional promotional offers available with 0% Apr . As for customer service , there have been multiple times where they have dealt with account mishaps effectively , contacting paypal couldn't be easier that being either by phone , email or chat.
