Easy to use and great for help with buying groceries and gifts. The PayPal credit is good and the pay in 3 is brilliant too. Great customer service and keep you updated on any changes or new offers. Monthly statements are provided. Fantastic at notifying you of offers running out or new ones coming out. Very happy to be a customer and appreciate the pay in 3 as it’s helped me out on a few occasions for grocery shopping. It’s so good to have especially with the cost of living the way it is just now. Paypal not bad but not good enough.

I brought an item on eBay payed through PayPal it am was faulty and PayPal would not let me send it back or refund me even though I spoke to the seller and they were find about me sending it back. Unfortunately PayPal staff are not trained enough for specialised items. Reviewed on: 1st June 2024
