I can't fault PayPal at all.

I can't fault PayPal at all. I was accepted for pay later and pay in 3 within a matter of minutes, this is so helpful for me to be able to spread the cost. I have encountered a couple of issues where PayPal have refunded me in lightning speed time. The monthly repayment is always affordable and the credit limit is the right limit, and I can basically use PayPal in hundreds of retail outlets. App is extremely easy to use. There for me when no one else was

I really needed a handout for a particular unexpected expense and PayPal credit was there for me. I have used it time and again and they never get on your back about larger payments and are happy to except lower payments and our so patient with their customers. Refund to PayPal Credit should be improved

I think generally PayPal Credit is very convenient to use, but I hope the their refund services could be improved. Sometimes I've been told that the merchant has already issued the refund but it takes days to reflect on PayPal Credit. Reviewed on: 26th May 2025
