Very good staff customer service.

Very good staff customer service. Missed a payment and instead of a fine they phoned and ask what had happened. They asked if i could afford the amount i was paying and rather you phone up than ignore the problem. Was very friendly and helpfull and been with them for last 3 years. Reviewed on: 26th May 2025

I’ve used PayPal credit for a while. I love the flexibility of it and also I can set how much I want to pay back. The little 4 month promotions of interest free are fab and I’ve taken advantage of it. Highly recommend. Reviewed on: 26th May 2025

good so far but many friends have had payments blocked or accused of money laundering for no reason other than a faulty algorythym. Need to do better with complaints proceedure and not rely so much on bots to do the work Reviewed on: 26th May 2025
