I’m disappointed with how PayPal handled a recent dispute. I bought a wig that was clearly not as described, but my claim was dismissed without a proper investigation or request for additional evidence. Despite clear differences from the listing, PayPal said it wasn’t “that” different. Yet, the seller later offered a 50% refund—proving the item wasn’t as described. I got PayPal Credit a few years ago and it has helped me so much with purchasing bigger buys that I can pay off. Paypal also provides interest free purchases. Many of my purchases I made throughout the years get's an interest free period which is amazing and saves so much on interest. I also have used it in the past in case of emergencies.
