One issue on an item not as described

Had one issue where a item was not as described and my claim was rejected. Not happy about this so have started to use my credit card so can do charge back instead Reviewed on: 9th June 2026

Brilliant customer service

I use Paypal a lot, it's my "go to" and sometimes a problem does occur (normally because of something I've forgotten to do). This is what marks Paypal out from the others - their customer service.
