I’ve had no problems with my PayPal account apart from the start of use. I’ve tried several times to make use of my account, and have abandoned it because of the one time code doesn’t reach my phone number anymore. Reviewed on: 13th May 2024

Handy service as long as you have no problems

A handy service that can offer some good flexibility options when looking to pay for something both over a longer period and interest free. The criteria for this is pretty straightforward, and there's options to pay off early if you can do so. The only issue is if you have a problem or specific question to ask, the tactic used is one becoming more & more common, with services is trying to fob you off to FAQs, community forums & chatbots. It's difficult trying to reach a human being, and Paypal is no exception to this. This is one thing as customers we should not be accepting. Reviewed on: 13th May 2024

Always, I am grateful & thankful to PayPal & PayPal credit, as they are the only ones who provided me with credit for the first time which helped me to build a healthy credit history. Really easy to use & no hassle of keeping a physical card. Also provide best 0% interest repayment plans as well. Definitely recommends PayPal to everyone who's looking for a fast & convenient way for credit usage and also they got the best merchant tie-ups. Thanks again PayPal & PayPal credits. Convenient for making payments online. Love that I can choose to pay in 3, or pay after 4 months in some cases giving me flexibility. However, payments don't update until after several days which can be confusing. Reviewed on: 13th May 2024
