Excellent customer service and support

I’ve had a really good experience with PayPal Credit. Every time I’ve contacted customer care, they’ve been friendly, patient, and very helpful. When I called about an issue with my money, they handled it quickly and made sure everything was sorted out properly. They always make me feel valued and reassured, which is rare these days. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and go the extra mile to help. I feel confident using their service because I know I’ll be supported if anything goes wrong. Paypal makes me feel safer shopping online

Paypal makes me feel safer shopping online, and when I have needed support it has been excellent. A couple of years ago I had a real issue with a company refusing to refund a fraudulent concert ticket, paypal helped me get a refund quickly and advised me how to handle my claim to get my money back faster.
