Vallet payment and credit method can be a hassle

I have had issues with credit payments and late payment fees. When I have done setting for my payments to go from a specific banc account and card, the website has not done the changes as I made the settings, and multiple times tried unsuccessfully to make tye payment from an old card and banc accounts... :( I have had late payment fees for that, even if I have added a valid payment option for all my payments in the wallet... I have had to do many phone calls because of that to customers custom care... it has happened more than once, at least at 2x credit purchases... annoying .. I could not make all my settings myself from home... I had to call that help custom care line.... too much hassle with these settings, ... I added a payment method in the wallet, I was expecting the app to make the payments all by default from there... without any hassle .. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2026
