Delays...

I’m not very satisfied with PayPal. One major issue is the delay in recording payments—transactions often take too long to appear, which is frustrating. Also, when I receive a refund through PayPal Credit, the money can’t be transferred to my bank account. It just stays in my PayPal balance, limiting my access to funds. These delays and restrictions make the platform inconvenient for everyday use. Overall, PayPal feels average at best, and these problems really lower my trust in their service. I expected better flexibility and speed, especially with refunds and payment processing. Reviewed on: 30th April 2026

Great service.

PayPal has always been a great service, even before I got PayPal credit, it has helped me massively when I've had unfortunate circumstances like replacing a car that broke down. I was able to survive the month/ take part in Christmas after having to use all my savings and thanks to the 4 months interest free I had peace of mind while doing this. Not only that, it's helped me build my credit score and helped me to budget money when difficult months arose. Great service. I've never had an issue warranting me to contact their customer service either, other than for standard PayPal transfers, which the staff were very helpful and had my issue sorted in 10 minutes. I really like using PayPal to buy things.

I really like using PayPal to buy things. The only thing that I would say is negative is that the interest rate on PayPal credit is quite high. I also love the fact that you are able to pay in three for many purchases on PayPal and you can gain cash back from this. Reviewed on: 30th April 2026
