PayPal credit has been great to help me buy things!

I just find PayPal so easy to track all of my credit purchases and keep up with payment plans. It’s great that they now have so many different retailers to choose from which is really handy to enable you to buy something that you maybe don’t want to spend the money on all in one go. Whenever I have called or emailed the PayPal credit team, they have dealt with my query quickly and efficiently. Would 100% recommend PayPal Credit! Reviewed on: 9th June 2026

PayPal sides with scamming seller!

I made a purchase, after not receiving my order, I contacted PayPal and PayPal declined my claim and decided in favour of the seller! When I asked for proof of delivery, I never heard back from PayPal! I wasted just short of £250! Reviewed on: 9th June 2026
