I always use PayPal where I can.

I always use PayPal where I can. It's the same safety net as a credit card. They always protect you when you make a purchase. I feel much safer paying through them. I love Pay in 3, without that there are purchases I couldn't have made and pay it all at once. It's given me a lot of scope and I'm grateful for that. Plus I can go into the app and keep an eye on things, when payments are due etc. Of course, PayPal send email reminders anyway but I just like to see it all in one place, it keeps me right. I've only had to ring Customer Services a couple of times, on each occasion they have been brilliant to deal with. They are very polite, informative and reassuring. They have always solved a question I had or worry I had about my own finances. I can't fault PayPal. Thank you. Reviewed on: 14th April 2026

Fast, Secure, and Reliable Payments

PayPal is a very convenient platform for sending and receiving money, especially for online shopping. Payments are fast, and the added layer of security is reassuring. However, customer service can sometimes be slow, and resolving disputes may take time. Despite that, it remains one of the most trusted digital payment options available. Reviewed on: 14th April 2026
