Issues resolved satisfactorily

I have had a few issues with fraudulent use of my account and several where I purchased something in error, these have all been resolved fast and effectively. Reviewed on: 4th June 2026

PayPal is easy and simple to use.

Never had any problems with PayPal. PayPal offers a good service, which is easy to use and explains and gives options in the way you want to pay for items/products. App/websote is easy to use and navigate making managing your account easy. I would recommend Paypal. Reviewed on: 4th June 2026

Simple to use and manage.

I find the process simple to use and it makes it easy to pay for things online. The pay in three works well as it allows me to spread the cost of purchases which otherwise I might struggle to pay for. It's easy to select either pay now or paypal credit. You can pay the credit quicker by just increasing the payments. Reviewed on: 4th June 2026
