Paypal is safe, easy to use and quite efficient.

Paypal is safe, easy to use and quite efficient. I make purchases with ease knowing that PayPal will step in if the good or service is not delivered. The credit facility offered by paypal also offers me time to pay for my goods and services without worrying too much and the best part is, it is with 0%i nterest if paid back within the agreed time. Great product, but lacking certain features

PayPal credit provides good features, but the tracking of balances is not straight forward at all. Any balances for which promotional period has ended are not displayed in the main portal and the only way to see them is through monthly statement, which is frustrating and confusing for many people. Additionally, the hierarchy of balance settlements from manual payments is very unclear, and even customer reps often are not sure on this. There should be better tools for tracking balances and better information around balance settlements readily available to customers. Reviewed on: 11th May 2024

You have a pal with PayPal.

Easy to use and transfer money into. I also like the fact I can spend money on take away food and the wife has no idea. It just says PayPal and that is handy as it just creates an argument otherwise. So thanks for that PayPal - pal being the main word. That could be your advert but instead of eating food on the sly you can have someone buying an anniversary gift and have a slogan - “you have a pal with PayPal” Reviewed on: 11th May 2024
