Double charged twice and never identified from PayPal

Having paid for two products both of which were cancelled by myself before despatch. I would not recommend PayPal. Why these errors are not picked up by their system is beyond me. One was for an ikea order which was placed and then cancelled but still included in my balance. The second was for a duplicate order from DJI which again was never shipped but still appeared in my balance so I had no choice but to pay it. Contact is useless with no chance of ever speaking to a human being. Reviewed on: 30th May 2026
