Great customer service, reassuring and confident

Ive not had any problems when trying to resolve an issue. Always done quickly and efficiently. Always answer the calls in a decent time and advisors and always polite and reassuring. The offers are always good and the PayPal credit is a great addition Reviewed on: 29th May 2026

Not helpful when youve been scammed.

I had a poor experience previously with customer services when requesting a chargeback - i had ordered an item from a website rhat was allegedly in the UK, however the item was not fit for purpose. The seller could not be contacted so i was unable to get a refund and paypal refused to help. Aside from this one issue i find paypal credit/paypal pay in 3 to be incredibly useful and i use it often without issue. I simply take more care when ordering online as to where the company is located. Reviewed on: 29th May 2026

An incredible system

Paypal have been nothing but an incredible helpful experience, with dedicated teams to assist you through each transaction, issue, or positive experience you would have! The user interface is easy to use, and can navigate around without any difficulty. Prefer Paypal for its security measures also when purchasing online. Reviewed on: 29th May 2026

Amazing first impressions

I hadn’t used my PayPal acc for ages and when I did again for the first time there was a very overdue small amount owed on the account which meant it was locked. customer services answered my enquiry super quickly and wiped the amount and reactivated my account in no time at all!! it truly was a fantastic first impression on me and truly heightened the value of the PayPal services.
