Late payments

It’s a good service but I personally haven’t had the best experience with the app. I have been late for payments and have been charged late fees which is fine, however it’s supposed to be £12 but I often get charged significantly more which really bothers me because I struggle a lot with money and mental health which keeps me out of work preventing me from earning more than I do from universal credit which hardly covers my bills, let alone other payments that may need to be made unexpectedly causing me to then be late paying paypal payments and then having to pay more.
