Worst customer service.

Been trying to use my new PayPal credit card for an online purchase but not been able too due to "security checks" I've passed them all but still get the same error and go back to square one. Customer service unable to do anything apparently it's a well documented issue that no one can resolve with thwir internal security. Reviewed on: 29th May 2026

I rate PayPal Credit highly very much so.

I rate PayPal Credit highly very much so. I started using this because of the 4 months interest free credit it’s so handy you can buy your items and spreading your payments which fits my life style having this has helped me buy lots of tools for my work and spread the cost over 4 months. I have been using PayPal for many years and what’s more it’s a very safe secure way of paying and what’s more they can help you with payment disputes too.
