I had an issue with a direct debit set up last month and I was so agitated. I put a call through to the customer support service and all was resolved within minutes and was indeed happy with the prompt response and unbiased help. PayPal credit (free over 4 months with monthly payments) is very easy to use, once you have registered for a PayPal account. It can be used for payment on most websites. Customer service is available and fairly easy to access. Reviewed on: 17th May 2024
