Every issue I've had with PayPal has been thoroughly resolved, not limited to the company themselves but also retailers when there have been delivery related issues, PayPal have been a consummate solution provider. Especially in a period where so many retailers only operate with a chatbot related service to cut expenses, it's oftentimes difficult to get in contact with an actual individual person whereas PayPal can be a great liaison between both parties if there are outstanding and often difficult issues.
