About this product

PayPal Debit Card allows eligible UK customers to spend their PayPal funds wherever Mastercard is accepted, both online and in-store.

The card has no monthly fees and you can earn rewards through the PayPal+ loyalty programme. The card has daily spending and cash withdrawal limits and can be used abroad wherever Mastercard is accepted.

I have been using PayPal for quite some time now and overall my experience has been very positive. It is a very convenient and secure way to make payments online, especially when shopping on different websites or sending money to friends and family. One of the things I appreciate the most is how easy it is to use. The interface is simple, and transactions are usually very fast. I also like the extra layer of security, since I don’t have to share my card details directly with every website. Customer support has been helpful whenever I needed assistance, and I feel confident using PayPal for both small and larger transactions. The debit card option is also useful for everyday purchases. The only downside might be some fees depending on the type of transaction, but overall the benefits outweigh the costs for me. Love getting the points for my debit card with PayPal extra, such a great scheme. I now pay for everything with it & the points are mounting. Very easy to redeem at online checkout. As it’s linked to my bank account the money comes out of there just as it would with my usual bank debit card so I know exactly where I am financially. Having the confirmation of payment email to my inbox helps me see where I’m spending too. Have recommended it to friends & family. Customer service were very helpful & resolved an issue quickly when I phoned them. Talking to a real person rather than AI was better for me. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026
