I have used PayPal for years.

PayPal gives me peace of mind and extra security

I use PayPal when shopping or purchasing items as an extra layer of security and for peace of mind. I’ve found if I’ve had disputes with other retailers and can’t resolve (despite lots of evidence), I just escalate to PayPal and instantly it’s resolved and have my money back.
