Simple, interest-free way to spread the cost

PayPal Pay in 3 has made bigger online purchases so much easier to manage. I simply choose it at checkout on eligible purchases between £20 and £3,000, pay the first instalment straightaway, then the remaining two are taken automatically over the following two months — completely interest-free. There are no sign-up or late fees to worry about, and it's seamlessly built into the PayPal checkout, so there's nothing extra to set up. It's been perfect for spreading the cost of everything from a new laptop to furniture for my London flat. Genuinely useful and hassle-free — would thoroughly recommend! Reviewed on: 8th July 2026

Ease, safety, protection. Total peace of mind.

I absolutely love using PayPal for the ease and safety of it. I don't particularly like inputting my card details into an increasing number of online shops, so choosing to pay with PayPal makes it easier, quicker, and I feel protected from malicious activity. I also love PayPal's pay-in-3 option. Knowing that I can spread the cost of bigger spends across 3 months has really helped me in the past when finances were trickier, and it is now still a really welcome option for bigger spends near the end of the month, or during those times of the year when spending increases (eg. Christmas, birthdays, holidays...!). And, lastly, I recently had a very frustrating experience with UberEats. It was the first time I had used them, I did not get my order, and I could not get in touch with a human-being representative and the online/bot options were very lacking. Thankfully, I had paid through PayPal, so I got in touch with PayPal, explained what had happened, and I got refunded almost immediately.
