User friendly

I haven't had to complain once. It's easy to use. I think that speaks for itself i have nothing else to add apart from keep it up! Reviewed on: 8th July 2026

Totally confident:

I have used PayPal now for many years, I have had one incident where I purchased a good from an online merchant who did not send the goods, PayPal refunded my payment, incredible. It has only happened once, but it gives me confidence although I take much more caution when purchasing online. It is quick, convenient and I never have any problems with them. Great way to spread the cost

I've had a really good experience using PayPal Pay in 3. It's easy to set up, the payments are taken automatically on time, and it's been a convenient way to spread the cost of larger purchases without paying interest.
