Can’t fault it!

The app is straight forward and user friendly. Everything you need to do is right there, from changing your address to making payments. Access to credit and payment plans is easy, and PayPal provides clear and concise terms and payment reminders to avoid late fees and credit score impact. PayPal is also an option on almost every website now, making it a readily available and flexible payment option. Customer service is also accessible through the app via chat, email or phone call. It’s quick simple and easy.

It’s quick simple and easy. Can default payments to this end comes our direct debit so you don’t forget a payment. I use it often and feel it’s easier for more expensive items because it breaks the total down. Reviewed on: 11th June 2026

I've been using PayPal for a number of years and, particularly in the last 18months, been making much use of the Payment in 3 option which spreads the costs. Reviewed on: 11th June 2026

First of its kind

PayPal have always been fair at delivering credit to me as their customer. Pay in 3 was the first of its kind that I found, particularly including the 0% interest elements. Approval processes have always been simple and quick. When items have been returned the pay in 3 reversal has also been efficient. I am very happy with the improvements that have been made over the years to UI of pay in 3 to support my own tracking of outgoings with multiple pay in 3s. Reviewed on: 11th June 2026
