I use pay in 3 a lot and it’s very useful however I had an issue where a parcel didn’t arrive. The bank wouldn’t help because of PayPal, PayPal said I needed to go to the consumer, and the consumer sent me to PayPal and it’s really put me off incase of any future problems.
