I find PayPal to be an excellent service. With various ways to pay or spread the cost it makes purchasing easy. Plus with a company I haven’t used before and might be a bit wary of submitting card details to, being able to use PayPal instead gives excellent peace of mind. Reviewed on: 14th April 2026

PayPal, successful investigation and refund

Fortunately, I ordered a set of items from a company and website I'd recently come across. When I placed the order the company did not provide a tracking number. I reported the transaction to PayPal with the evidence provided. They investigated and found foul play involved and promptly returned me my funds.
