20 years with PayPal, and it just gets better

I've been with PayPal for over 20 years now, and over that time they've gone from strength to strength. From simply processing payment, to pay in 3, and now I have a credit card and a PayPal debit card! Recently , i had a problem with an online purchase. Despite the seller doing their best to keep my money, PayPal stepped in, and after doing their due diligence, not only got me a refund but they covered the return postage to China! I can't fault them. PayPal is now my go-to for online purchases. Reviewed on: 8th April 2026

Perfect PayPal

I always look for PayPal for payment as it offers peace of mind when ordering. Had to contact customer services only a couple of times over the years but on those occasions my query was dealt with quickly. Also handy for sending payments to family and friends Reviewed on: 8th April 2026
