Site navigation can be frustrating

I have mostly found PayPal good - my only issue is to do with navigating the app - I usually have to as google how to do something in the site as it’s not easily obvious - which can make using the site frustrating Reviewed on: 7th April 2026

Brilliant Company.

It’s great knowing that PayPal can back me up if there is an issue with an order and I have had to use this previously. They are great at answering phone queries and a company that I don’t have to wait on the phone for ages before it’s answered. The new PayPal Debit is excellent and I use it for most of my purchase - even on Amazon now! Reviewed on: 7th April 2026
