​I have had a really positive experience using PayPal for my everyday transactions. The platform itself is excellent, secure, incredibly easy to use, and makes sending and receiving money practically effortless. The website and app are both reliable, and transactions are always processed quickly and smoothly. For the core services it provides, PayPal is definitely top tier. ​However, the reason I am not giving it a full 5 stars is due to my recent experience with their customer service. I ran into an issue that I needed help with, and unfortunately, the support I received was just average. Despite reaching out and communicating my problem several times, the representatives seemed unable to fully understand the issue or get it sorted out. It was a bit frustrating having to repeat myself without getting a clear resolution. ​Overall, I still highly recommend PayPal because the main features work brilliantly. I just hope they invest some time into training their support team to better understand and resolve customer issues. Reviewed on: 14th May 2026

For me, PayPal streamlines financial management. Setting up subscriptions, paying for goods online and in store, splitting bills with friends is hassle free. Spreading payment options makes buying better gifts for loved ones possible.
