I have always had good customer service even when I have contacted them through the chatline, any issues are dealt with promptly. As for paying for goods I buy I always checkout with my PayPal account knowing that I am doubly safe & secure whenever I finalise payments. Iv been using PayPal for years on eBay and now you can use it on most online sites it’s safe if there’s a problem where you do not receive your item it’s easy to get you money back through PayPal and the pay in 3 option is also handy if you need to buy something but you just want to slightly spread the cost very helpful highly recommended Reviewed on: 9th June 2026
