So far my experience with PayPal has been good

So far my experience with PayPal has been good, when I needed help with an order, as, I believed the order was not going to arrive since it had been days since the estimated date, the customer service agent helped me, I wanted to file a dispute and the agent explained to me what would happen and when I needed updates or to give them updates the PayPal agents were available and were clear in there communication. I was able to get the order resolved, luckily it did turn up, it was just held on arrival to the UK. Reviewed on: 10th July 2026
