A reliable Pal out in the retail in the retail jungle.

Great customer service, staff is friendly knowledgeable and quick to respond and assist. Using PayPal gives me peace of mind because I know if I encounter issues, especially with new unfamiliar retailers, I can contact PayPal and will be sorted swiftly. The pay in 3 method is really helpful as I can spread payments over months allowing me more freedom to shop without breaking the bank. Great shopping experience with PayPal. PayPal is a litmus test for me, I trust retailers more if they have PayPal payment option and I’m more likely to shop with them than those who don’t, especially if I’m shopping there for the first time because I know through past experience, PayPal has been thorough when it comes to payments, honest transactions and disputes. PayPal - the company looking after the little guys.

I use PayPal, both as buyer and seller, on ebay and other portal outlets. Their trustworthiness is their hallmark and the reason why I use them so often. When I have had call to raise issues over dishonesty, misunderstandings or outright fraud, their actions have been timeous, decisive and in favour of myself as a buyer, as long as I have adhered to and practiced their guidelines and conditions. I do so assiduously, now, without difficulty, knowing that they will look after me and be in my corner, ready to act, should I have need. In this day and age, having a company this size looking after the “little people” is - sadly - all too rare, but all the more welcome for it. I would not use - or trust - anyone else, other than my own bank. Reviewed on: 10th July 2026
