The customer service is efficient and helpful, making any issues quick to resolve. Payments are simple and straightforward, and the app is very user-friendly. good for customer service!

i have used pay pal for business transactions, to keep my money safe during these situations. i think i had one time where i tried to get my money back and whilst it wasn’t quite possible, the customer service was kind and firm in telling me so. sometimes things just aren’t possible! but they helped as much as they could and i appreciated the support :) Reviewed on: 10th July 2026
