Hello I’m 80 years old and disabled walking .

Hello I’m 80 years old and disabled walking . I use PayPal because it’s safe if I have a query about any items I order.ed , I’m on a low pension so money is tight sometimes ,I had a problem earlier this week so contacted help line and the lovely man I spoke to was amazing, he soon sorted my problem and I got my refund. not that cleaver to sometimes sort things out on line so PayPal is my lifeline.thank you so much.kind regards June Berry. Great for Online Purchases

Having used PayPal for years I find it very good for online purchases, also the added extra of "pay in three" for the more expensive items is a bonus, being able to spread the payments interest free really helps with financial budgeting in these hard times. Reviewed on: 8th July 2026

PayPal pay in 3 has been a life saver for me. It’s enabled me to purchase essential things like train tickets, all in the same month whereas otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to afford or in desperation slip in to my overdraft, which is not good. Overall good service, could be more innovative.

App is quick and very user friendly. Never use pay in 3 anymore as it cannot be linked to a credit card unlike other BNP options. Email alerts are good. Security is good. Reviewed on: 8th July 2026

A safe and secure feeling

Paypal provides a safe and secure feeling when a transaction has to take place with an unknown supplier of goods. Having the option to pay in three is a relief when money is tight and the purchase you want to make can't wait. Excellent service!! Reviewed on: 8th July 2026
