Paypal is designed with customer needs in mind!

I love the ease of transactions especially for someone like me with family outside of the UK. I Love the speed and the fact that transactions do not take time. I love the user experience... it is easy navigating and doing things. I love how I get instant updates when transactions are carried out. I do appreciate PayPal and they deserve to win! Wouldn’t use any other service

I find the paypal experience generally positive.

I find the paypal experience generally positive. There are some elements like settings layouts and where things are located in the app and on the website and some issues with adding funding sources. That said these are not enough to fully spoil my experience. Reviewed on: 8th July 2026

Easy Peasy...

PayPal has made it very easy to make payments to both online and in-person retailers. The option to split payments has also proven useful at times and I am interested to see how the introduction of a PayPal card enhances the service. Reviewed on: 8th July 2026
