Can rely on PayPal.

Once setting up is done (which was very easy) the contact and detailed explanation of services are clearly provided. The verification feature makes one feel safe. Changing your password is again thorough and verification makes you feel confident about using PayPal. If there is a need to alter a payment in any way the response has been excellent and any refund has been given quickly.
