PayPal has many great schemes, such as the PayPal cash back, money off certain selected shops monthly, and of course PayPal pay in 3. Pay in 3 is great, a family member recommended it to me rather than other using another popular pay in installments. Its interest three and secure, I’ve had many problems with companies not sending the parcel, or parcels being stolen and PayPal has always dealt with it insuring I get my money back. I often use PayPal to pay in instalments and this has been very helpful. I also use izettle which was extremely easy to set up for my business and is very convenient, but over the course of a year I find that the money I lose from the transfer cost does make a difference Reviewed on: 8th July 2026

I had a dispute with Debenhams.

I had a dispute with Debenhams. I purchased a radiator from them using paypal. Radiator broke and started leaking oil damaging my floor. This was just after the return period of 1 month. After multiple attempts to contact Debenhams I went to Paypal. After providing ample evidence to support my case they very quickly sided with Debenhams. So I went to Resolver. Guess what, after just over 2 months they managed to get Debenhams to apologise and gave me a full refund! Reviewed on: 8th July 2026
